Hi, I'm Phoebe!

I'm a Los Angeles-based video and podcast producer and editor. I'm currently senior podcast producer of A Bit of Optimism, Simon Sinek's video podcast. I oversee every episode from start to finish, from booking guests and prepping Simon to shaping the edit and packaging each episode for YouTube, Apple, Spotify and social.

Before that, I was a senior video producer at Crooked Media, working on Pod Save America, Pod Save the World, Strict Scrutiny and the company's subscription shows. I've also produced video for New York Magazine, WWD, HuffPost, Atlantic Media, Quartz, Jezebel and Thrillist, as well as production companies and brands.

My strength as a producer comes from curiosity. I love learning, and I've built a career moving between subjects: foreign policy one week, K-pop, fashion or cultured meat the next, often while reacting to the news of the moment. Add in a decade of hands-on production experience, from shooting to editing to motion graphics, and I can take a story from first idea to finished piece. The work I care about most is well researched, well made, and built so audiences stay to the end.
